By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms.

Payment

• All prices are in USD.

• Full payment is received after the first rough sketch.

• Payment via [PayPal / Ko-fi] only.

• I reserve the right to cancel and refund if the commission cannot be completed. Refunds will reflect the amount of work not yet done

Process & Revisions

• You will receive a rough sketch for approval before I proceed to lineart.

• 5 free revisions are included at the sketch stage.

• Revisions after lineart has begun are +$10usd each.

• Major changes to the concept after sketch approval (new pose, new character, etc.) may be treated as a new commission.

Turnaround

• Estimated turnaround is 1–3 weeks depending on queue size and complexity.

• Rush orders (completed within 3–5 days) are subject to a +50% rush fee.

• I will keep you updated on progress. If I anticipate delays, I'll let you know.

Usage Rights

• You may post, repost, and use the artwork for personal use with credit.

• You may not use the artwork for commercial purposes (merch, branding, monetized content, etc.) without purchasing a commercial license (+100% of base price).

• You may not claim the artwork as your own, remove my signature, or use it to train AI models.

• I retain the right to post the finished work in my portfolio, social media, and galleries unless a privacy fee (+25%) is paid.

Will Draw ✅

• Anthro / furry (feral and anthro)

• Fanart & original characters

• Mild gore / blood

• NSFW +25% fee, ID verification required. 

Won't Draw ❌

• Hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory content

• Underage characters in inappropriate contexts

Client Responsibilities

• Provide a clear reference (visual ref, description, or mood board).

• Respond to check-ins within 5 days.

• Be respectful. I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission at my discretion.

Cancellations

• Before sketch stage: Full refund.

• After lineart has begun: 50% refund.

• Coloring stage: No refund

These terms may be updated at any time. The version in effect is the one provided at the time of your commission.
